Residents of Redmond, Washington, have a new resource available to help them get healthy and active in Orangetheory. Our newest gym location is centrally located in the heart of town, making it easy for anyone to take advantage of our inspiring workout plan. Our classes are quick and effective, making us a great option for a student, professional, or anyone who wants to change their body.
During the Orangetheory workout, you will rotate around three different blocks in the studio. Each of these blocks has 12 pieces of equipment utilized for interval training. During this period, your heart rate is monitored with the goal of keeping it within a certain range. This method provides some great long- and short-term effects, including weight loss results of three to five pounds a week and increased energy and metabolism for over a day after each exercise class.
Our gym coaches and trainers understand that everyone has a different path when it comes to their health. This is why they meet with each member individually to ascertain their goals and help them design a plan to meet them when they join. They give each member the individual attention needed to perform each exercise correctly while still keeping a high-energy pace for the entire class.
Everyone can benefit from the interval training we offer. It doesn't matter if you are an experienced athlete or have never worked out before. The workout can be individually tailored to work for anyone.
We offer some great specials, including a free one-hour trial workout, bridal packages, and corporate weight loss challenge packages. Conveniently, our memberships are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis in which you pay monthly, meaning there is no commitment when you join our gym. Call us today at (425)522-4838.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
